We are a retailer of genuine bus, truck and trailer spares. We offer a wide range of new and genuine spares from mainstream brands for major brand buses, trucks and trailers. We also offer a wide variety of new after-market spares for buses, trucks and trailers. Our products fall into the folling categories:

  • After Market Spares (New)
  • Asian Market OEM Spares (New)
Yes & No. We do have refurbished stock across some brands but these are sold as new. We do not sales parts from disused vehicles sourced from car brakers for example. We only sale boxed parts that have undergone a re-manufacture process and regorous QC testing.
We have limitted cover for spares as installation and usage are variables we can't control. We can make terms on some returns of visibly defective spares that have been discoverd as such before installation and use. However we have a reputation for supplying durable spares from reputable brands as such they are proof that the spares are that good. Manufacturers warranty is available for a limited cross sections of spares.
Judging from our testimonial page our spares are top of the line. They have proven their worth. We are pleased to have been part of keeping fleets operational through provision of genuine, durable spares.
Yes you can or we can deliver to you (T&Cs apply). As long as your spare part(s) is in stock they is no reason why you shouldn't. However when parts are out of stock you can make a purchase and wait briefly for delivery or wait to purchase until the part(s) is in stock.

Other Questions

We accept payments for spares across all legal channels. Like most retail we accept full payment for spares on purchase. However there are exceptions.
Currently No. We only retail bus, truck and trailer spares. We have recommendations depending on our clients' problem. We cannot discount at the moment the vision of having to diversify in that direction however.
We currently offer onlysales of bus, truck and trailer spares. We recommend that clients get a full spares list from their inhouse mechanics garage or from a proper mechanic before comming to purchase. We can only recommend mechanics garages but, this is purely a client's decision issue.
It begins with an enquiry (A call, email, whatsapp/ Faceook messenger text or a physical visit). This is followed by our quotation being given as per your list of spares. When the client decides on the quotation, that is to purchase; the client pays for the spare parts and collects immediately after purchse. If the client is not available physically at our shop and, accepts terms we deliver the spares to them. It's as easy as ABC.
We have a comprehensive after sales program whose aim is to aid in continual innovations in the scope of our products. While we are not mechanics it is part of our developmental process in enhancing product knowledge through field application. Further it gives our clients ease of re ordering more spares as we are always in contact.
